The GATCO serrated knife blade hone is designed to be used with the exclusive GATCO Clamp/Angle Guide that is includ ed in the 10003, 10004 and 10005 GATCO Edgemate Knife Sharpening Systems. Sharpening Procedure: After attaching the serrated knife to the clamp, insert the angle guidance rod of the triangular-shaped hone in the 22_ slot of the clamp. Hold the clamp as shown in the illustration. Sharpen each serration (on the sharpened side of the blade only) using the customary "filing" action. Do not use honing oil on the serrated knife blade hone. GATCO¨ serration hones are available with medium (No. 15001) or fine (No. 15007) media.
