GATCO 20th Anniversary Limited Edition Knife As excitement for GATCO's 20th Anniversary grew, we knew we had to do something special for our friends and customers in the knife community who made this event possible. We went to longtime friend and legendary custom knife maker, Russ Kommer, to design a special knife that would befit this important occasion and provide discerning sportsmen and collectors with a unique piece of "knife art".

Only 100 of these fine tools will be produced. Each knife is meticulously hand crafted by custom knife maker Russ Kommer at his shop in Fargo, North Dakota, USA. Russ personally attends to each detail, thereby ensuring the perfection of each knife. Meticulously fitting the dovetailed bolsters to the hand selected "black ash burl" handles and hand grinding each taper in the tang, he crafts a knife handle that melts into the owner's hand. The symmetry of curves, the perfect grinds, the beauty of the handle and perfection of the polished surface renders each knife a work of art - a visual delight to the eye. On this exquisite instrument, beauty is much more than skin deep. It runs into the soul of the knife. The ATS-34 stainless steel used to craft a razor sharp blade guarantees to satisfy the most discerning standards of serious collectors.
